Seems that expectations are high for Texas A&M this year. Can Jimbo take the next step there and get them at least in the conversation for the West title towards the end of the year?

No... Alabama would be near the top, but they have to play LSU, Georgia, and the Iron Bowl. Georgia can’t breeze through the East any more either. So I think no chance

Honestly, I thought Ja’Marr Chase out of LSU had a chance before he opted out. It’s been awhile since a WR has won a Heisman, but the hype was around him so much, and it’s basically a popularity contest these days. Or at least a hype contest.

No Nix as my dark horse for now though. He could surprise us and improve drastically. Last years SEC Freshman of the year.

I think he will surprise us. Partly because Arkansas has been so down the last 4 years, anything will be an improvement. I don’t know exactly what Arkansas offense will look like with Chad Morris gone. But if they utilize his athleticism in RPO’s and such. He could standout. Still not a top QB in the league in my opinion though.

I think it’s a smart move by Tennessee. He is on his way to turning that program around. Will he take them to the top? Maybe not. But he will pave the way for them to be way better then they have been in recent past, and pave a way for them to be a destination again! So overall, good move!

I could see Mac Jones from Alabama performing at a way higher level than we expect. Everyone thinks he will start a few games, and then be replaced by Bruce Young, but I wouldn’t be so sure. Also, Kylie Hill from Miss State will he improved.

Do you think Will Muschamp will keep his job if he wins over 4 games this year? Or with this whacky year, is he safe regardless of the win loss record?

Hmmm... normally 4 games would at least put him on the way out. All SEC schedule? Yea, I think so. However, I think if he doesn’t he may not be gone immediately because so many coaches got hired in the SEC last year, and there isn’t a ton of attractive hires left right now unless a prospect emerges this year. So I think it’ll be more of he will stay for one more year while we look for his replacement. If he is under 4 wins
Yes, and people are already talking about it now. However, I don’t see them winning the West, my guess is they will finish 3rd or 4th in West though! Give them 2-3 more years they may win the West. Bold pick I know
