The light for College Football keeps getting dimmer.
Most of the College Sports content I've been seeing lately in football has really made me start worrying. Well, it really isn't getting much better...
A high-ranking College Football referee tells Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports he thinks there won't be College Football this fall: "Ultimately, no one is playing football in the fall."
Should conferences join the BIG Ten and the pac-12 and do conference play only? There are alot of options...
A coach in a Power 5 conference tells Pete he also feels that way: "I hope I'm wrong, but I think the season being cancelled is a forgone conclusion."
It's obvious that coaches, staff, players, and everyone want to play, but the current situation is that almost no one is confident it is going to happen.
Here are the options regarding College Football:
Status quo (The SEC, Big 12 and ACC are here.)
Conference play with the ability to delay (The Big Ten and Pac-12, which will soon have company.)
The Spring (This is gaining conversation, but detractors remain.)
Cancel (More people are talking about this than fans want to know.)
