Alabama is the first team since 1946 to have 3 finalists in the Top 5 (Najee Harris was 5th).
Do you think that takes away from the season that any of them had? I'm always more amazed at the player whos carrying the team on their back with a lack of talent surrounding them, which I guess none of the finalists are. You can't blame the players though, and I think it's DeVonta's award to lose at this point.
Great point. It was such a weird year that a non-QB winning the award almost makes sense.
