It's never great to start this bad, but is this not the best season to do it? Have you sensed that people aren't as emotionally invested in the season compared to normal years?

My favorite memory has to be when DeMarco Murray hurddled Joe Jon Finley and Texas LB Scott Derry on a 65-yard TD run in 2007. I was there and it was one of the most exciting plays I can remember seeing.
I think that it's probably the most excusable season to do it. But I think people were so looking forward to some sense of normal, that it's made some even MORE upset at the start to the season than they may have been otherwise.
I actually never thought of it from that perspective. The need for normalcy is so true
