No timeouts left, and down 27-14 with less than 3 mins left in the game, USC was facing a 4th down deep in ASU territory.
An ASU defender jumped offside and gave the Trojans a free play. QB Kedon Slovis tossed a jump ball in the end zone that got tipped in the air and landed to a USC WR for an improbable TD.
The Trojans needed an onside kick next and they got it! Setting up an opportunity for the Trojans to take a lead. Facing yet another 4th down deep in ASU territory, Slovis threw a dime to WR Drake London for the TD. Extra point was good and the Trojans had a 28-27 lead with 90 seconds left.
Defense gave up a few first downs but ultimately held on 4th down near midfield to seal the improbable victory. Incredible.
