Camp Cal started this week. Full Week of practice, 2 a day including strength and conditioning workout. Fully focused on the areas that need improvement.
Coach Cal said this morning to the media how he's changing practice to help the team fix their mistakes:
"We’re doing some different things to let them know what’s accepted. And I’m trying to do it in a way where they hit a certain point in practice, if you get any amount of turnovers anywhere in practice, a drill, you fumble you lose it, it’s a turnover. If you get to this point, we all run every turnover after that to make them accountable to each other.”
With Camp Cal also began this week on Monday, that is fully focused on "Toughness and Turnovers", fixing the problems on the court: 2 sessions a day plus a strength and conditioning workout.
