Big 12 gives OK to BYU, Cincinnati, Houston, UCF

BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and UCF have been accepted as members of the Big 12 following a vote of the conference's presidents and chancellors. The Big 12 is looking to bolster itself ahead of the planned departures of Oklahoma and Texas.
