Calif. governor asks UCLA to explain Pac-12 exit

California governor Gavin Newsom said Wednesday that he demands an explanation, on behalf of the public, for just how UCLA's move to the Big Ten will be beneficial for not just student athletes, but the history of their partnership with UC Berkeley.
