Western Kentucky’s Carlos Locklyn to be hired as new RB coach for Oregon Ducks

Carlos Locklyn is reportedly coming to Eugene to coach the RB room. He will have an abundance of riches to work with, even if CJ Verdell and Travis Dye don't return.
